1 problem i originally had at home was it never worked, then after about 6 weeks it did for no apparent reason, then in work i was setting up VNC, and i realized it still didn't work, the way i resolved this was to update my router firmware (i have a Netgear DG834) after doing that, it worked fine.

Hmmm to go to websites it uses port 80, so he goes from his pc, to the company router, then out to the internet, then into the destination pc, then it chooses the port, so really a website couldn't be used, as that is a place you want to go to, not a place you want to come from..if that makes sense
