They are paying a 3rd party to classify known spam calls its not really a
cnam dip but a dip of their "known fraud/spam" database essentially.

For those of you doing pro-active PESQ score testing in the US. How much
fluctuation do you normally see our expect on your results? 4.1 to 4.35
for example. That seems like a large swing to me... Was looking for
opinions from others on or off list.
