called Charter and said "Ok--I give up. If you can't help me, I guess I'll
see if NPAC or the FCC can help sort this out."
They replied "Just sign a LOI with voip.ms and have *them* pull the CSR".

We're a die hard MiRTA PBX customer and fan, couldn't recommend a better
solution, or support for growing your voip business. Tried Fusion and
others over the years but have been very happy with MiRTA for maybe 6 years
now.

There must be better protection here, ringcentral is raking in a lot of
