Probably splitting hairs here but how is a2p and p2p differentiated?
Some of our small businesses clients use a text 2 email gateway so they can
communicate with customers?
Its not an automated system that is responding but a person.
Can we assume that any text enabled TN that does not
Just had a client refer to the announcement stating that calls can be recorded
and or monitored as a 'Mini Miranda'.

It appears correct on every API I can query but on any number that VZ
terminates it appears incorrectly.

When I worked at the hotel we would get calls from 911 to the front desk that a
guest had called 911 and needed to speak with them, we would have a screen on
our PMS that would let us know what room called...

I think the incentive is to cooperate because it is a relatively small group of
wireless carriers compared to wireline.
The main reason being that they don't want their ports held up, so they work
