I work for a service provider that sells SIP trunking services. We are
looking at adding a Canadian SIP peering partner.
Does anyone have a list of the major players in this space that would be a
good place to start our research?
Thanks,
Jeff

We are in the market for a new voicemail platform. This vm platform would
be carrier grade for a ILEC/CLEC that uses a variety of TDM and SIP
switches. We want something feature rich that is SIP based.
Our current softswitch platform that we are growing is Broadworks. We would
probably want to sta
We are in the market for a new SBC platform and have narrowed our choice
down to two different products. The Sansay VSXi or the Sonus SWe. We will
be running on a vmware hypervisor in several different markets. The SBC
would be for SIP access with Broadworks and SIP peering with other carriers.

We are occasionally running into a situation where our IP Header TTL
expires in transit for RTP streams. It has been our observation that our
SBC B2BUA that anchors media is not resetting the TTL on RTP packets but is
on SIP packets.
Is there a standard expected behavior for how SBC B2BUA with med

For providers that have centralized SIP device management that is available
on the internet how have you been protecting your configurations from
unauthorized access over https?
Are there any specific measures that you found most helpful?
I am assuming that certificate authentication is probably
Does anyone know of a company that allows you to search the reputation of
an ANI across the various robocall mitigation companies and/or carriers?
For example instead of querying TNS, Neustar, Hiya, etc individually which
may not be possible without having their service, is there a company that

Has the industry as a whole more or less settled on a particular
attestation level when marking a call as verified in the CNAM?
If my phone receives a call and it says verified does that mean the call
was at attestation 'A' only, or 'A' and 'B', any level of passing
attestation, etc.?
Thanks
Does anyone know of any commercial products that can determine if a call is
local?
The product would look at what is defined in the Tariff documents, not just
make the decision based on coordinates/distance between callers.
I am aware of iConnectiv's solution.

If a SIP carrier wanted to support equal access, is there anything like a
SIP tandem provider that can accept any Carrier Identification Code (cic=)
and route to the appropriate LD carrier?
The TDM equivalent might be something like Neutral Tandem.
Thanks

What is the recommended process to investigate inappropriately stir/shaken
signed calls? We have had some calls terminate into our network with our
ANI but the call was not signed by us but instead a different provider
signing attestation B.
Thanks
