The LENR-CANR.org ISP, Jumpline.com, had blocked an IP range in response to
a "heavy" cyber-attack. They did this a long time ago at the server level.
They forgot to undo it. So some people in Brazil were locked out of
LENR-CANR.org.
They undid this block.

Try using Firefox browser. Sometimes I cannot use internet explorer from
windows 7, for instance I cant see RT news on explorer, but I can view it from
firefox. You would think that Microsoft would update their own browser
software, but apparently they don't. HDNPioneering the Applications of
