I tend to agree that the mRNA vaccines are not proven safe and effective
and likely contribute to an increased rate of mutation. But I think you
have less to worry about with an adenovirus vectored vaccine. We have 50
yrs of experience with the latter.

There is another point of view which recognizes that Ukraine never trusted
Russia (duh, who does?) ... going back through history - and therefore never
gave up all of their nukes - treaty or no.
They most likely kept smaller suitcase or artillery devices which would have
been easier to hide.
