Returning to the UEE department (ultra-efficient
electrolysis) ... but unlike the hype from Xogen,
previously mentioned, this is now becoming
reproducible by others...

I just received a Power Point Presentation from FreEnergy. They claim to
have a new solar technology called MEL. It is said to be 70% efficient.
Existing solar cells are 17% efficient. They say that their cells will
be cheaper too. A 62 X 32 panel is supposed to produce 3 KW.

Nope.
The only thing we did was send it to Arata a couple of weeks ago, in
case he wanted to comment. He did not respond. We sent a copy to
Takahashi as well, but

In other words, is there a Japanese way of criticising?
Arata is the most un-Japanese person I know. He is the antithesis of

A universal way of critiquing in science is recognized by most
scientists, which was followed in this case. Arata was given a chance to
respond, as he would be given by any journal when a paper critical of a
person's work is submitted. We can not know why he did not respond and
it does not

Last week we called attention to the Hydro Assist Fuel Cell and the Pre-

DBK's patent pending Alpha Solar PanelT line (3,000 watts) are large enough to
supply power to the average home and are designed for residential and
commercial applications. The size of one panel is approximately 62 x 32.5 x
