When I run the ifup command in the background (with ) everytime there is a
new process with dhclient and it remains in the process list.
How can I configure that the dhclient process is kill itself after a time - for

When booting the new version 0.7.5 the screen resolution is set to a high
resolution, even if an entry in menu.lst says something else.
How can I disable that?
In my menu.lst there is vga=0x315 (800x600x32bpp) and if there is another
resolution in the booting process my software does not

and connected this to a DHCP router.
If the cable to this router is not pluged in the connection fails.

to get the framebuffer work I run a knoppix kernel.
But now, the serial devices /dev/ttyS0 and /dev/ttyS1 disappeared.
How can I get them to work?
Would it also be possible to get a USB to serial converter to work with voyage
linux?
