ethernet, and I'd be surprised if it is a US model. I put in
an Asanté 10/100 PCI Ethernet card that was conveniently on eBay
Australia cheap when I needed it. It's worked great.

I don't think your assumption is correct. I've used Carbon Copy Cloner to
move an OS X install from an iBook to a Quicksilver tower. The transfer went
fine and the tower is running great. I've also used CCC to back up a flat
screen iMac to an external hard drive and then booted a Mirror Dive Door
I use TB2 a lot. Its a good prog and works pretty well.
You'll need to make sure the right ports are opened through any
router/firewall in the way.

Got a G4 running Panther 10.3.2 and a G3 running 9.2.2
The G3 can see the G4's dropboxes just fine, but the G4 can't see
anything on the network of the G3.
Now i assumed this prob was from Panther since before that i can the
