Yes this change seems to have upset a few people!
I must admit I preferred the old behaviour where, for example:
General html files were handled by my browser (Firefox) by default - but if
I was creating or editing a html file in BBEdit it would open back up in
BBEdit.

I see Apple are trumpeting The new built-in FM tuner in their latest iPod
nano. Maybe someone could tell them that FM has become old fashioned in
Australia and digital radio is all the go.

I have located an invertor which is the official name for the bit that
controls the on/ off when the screen is opened and will pull the
computer apart and check for wires and the like and install the
invertor. Found a good manual off the web so should be no problem
doing

Well, there will probably be several more iPod models before we see digital
radio down here in Albany - there is still no sign of commercial digital TV
yet!! (Though with ABC1, ABC2, SBS1 now SBS2 I'm not really missing GWN
WIN!)

I have used an M-Audio eKeys 49 purchased several years ago. I would
guess that the KeyStudio is a newer version of this.
The unit has been used in a school situation where it has been
hammered by the students. Except for a broken switch it has behaved
well. It interfaces transparently

Thanks for that clarification, Neil. We only ever listen to ABC Radio
National or ABC Classic FM so I have never even gone further than
noting that those digital stations are there.
