I've searched extensively and I have had my practice manager to search

Hi Stuart,
can you be more specific as to which functions on your extended keyboard aren't
working?
I ask this because some are software specific and others are OS dependent.
Also is it an Apple extended keyboard or a third party one?
If it is an Apple one then you definitely don't need any
I simply created a new contact giving them the first name ICE and the second
name EMERGENCY and placed my son's mobile number on it.
I then placed that contact on my favourites.
If you want three call them ICE 1, ICE 2 and ICE 3

i'm using an old imac with panther installed, have a win compatible

In addition to your suggestions Eugene I put in company the
relationship I have with that person e.g. son and their name.
Thanks again.

I did it slightly differently. The Surname field is ICE the first
name field contains the full name of the person who's my ICE contact
and I used an additional field to describe their relationship to me.

Hello People,
This is how I have setup ICE Contacts and other Emergency Information on my
iPhone.
HOW to set up your ICE contact using an iPhone:

2. Click on the First Last Name
The contact name of course will be ICE, but you can put the

You may need to press Num Lock to enable the numeric keypad. I think the
'Clear' button above the number 7 is the Num Lock when in Windows. That¹s
how it works in Boot Camp anyway.

Hi Rod,
I would say this is a rather common problem. I have had reports from users of
Address Book Server (http://www.addressbookserver.com) which I develop about
the same issue.
I have added function to my own application to counteract this. There are also
some third party tools available
