1Password extension is found in ~/Library/Safari/Extensions -
1Password-1.safariextz (~ is your Home Library)
In Safari Preferences Extensions what version is 1Password extension... is
it 3.9.9?
Also in System Preferences Network - select your active network

From Mail's Help, here's the answer:
Send automatic replies:
You can create a rule to have Mail automatically reply to incoming messages.
For example, you can set up a rule that’s triggered by a specific subject so
that Mail replies automatically to all messages with that subject.

I repeat that the Apple Support document TS3230 specifically excludes Safari
Extensions from the procedures listed, which is why I wanted add-ons defined.
I located the 1Password Safari Extension file in the library you document. I

The Support article is about Safari Unsupported third-party add-ons... not
Safari's

Could I just mention that I have had to amputate too many fingers that have
been de- gloved because a metal ring has caught on a nail, hook or other
protrusion . I must admit it looks great :-(
