Something you could try is running the inbuilt Mac hardware testing diagnostics
- depending on what the problem is it may or may not work/help - but worth a
try.

I am currently living in Brisbane, and my Mac Pro computer seems to be dying. I
am hoping someone will recognise the symptoms and possibly have some
suggestions that might help.
When I press the start button, the chime happens as it should, and it seems to
