the aid of a little config file downloaded from the discussion forum
on Whirlpool - so even if Telstra is slow off the mark, it isn't
because it can't be done.
Now, I'm not going to use it because of the expense.

With the one I found on Whirlpool, you can send it to yourself in an
email, pick it up on the iphone, and it offers itself to be installed.

I don't know if you are saying that the message to contact Telstra was
seen only when you attempted to connect with Bluetooth; I didn't
bother to try Bluetooth, only USB. I only played with it briefly. The
one cautionary message I received was that mentioned on the

on data roaming, then setting it up, then when I turned off data
roaming, it stayed on.
I haven't found that syncing with iTunes switches it off - so far.
