The Moral Of The Story is - Don't stop a Time Machine Backup, especially NEVER
stop the first TM backup after a migrate/restore of Time Machine backups to a
New Backup Drive!
It will always cause corruption...

If YES is the answer to the 4 questions I asked in my previous email yesterday.
I’m 99.9% sure that you will not be able to complete a TM Backup on your
Seagate 2TB external Time Machine backup drive UNTIL you delete these
incomplete folders/files.
