Hi Joe, Sounds like you don't have the Print Head positioned correctly. You need to tilt the Print head to get it to fit in its slot. 1. The printer must be turned on, raise the Print Head Lock Lever until it stops. (The Print Head Lock Lever may feel heavy.) If the Print Head Holder does not
