you did not mention the removal of 1 or 2 tapes which normally cover the head air hole to prevent dryout during transport.. there should be a leaflet included that depicts the loading of the cartridges are you sure color is where the color should be? James On 02/01/2010, at 20:56, Joe

Hi Joe, Sounds like you don't have the Print Head positioned correctly. You need to tilt the Print head to get it to fit in its slot. 1. The printer must be turned on, raise the Print Head Lock Lever until it stops. (The Print Head Lock Lever may feel heavy.) If the Print Head Holder does not
