I have purchased 512mb of SD ram 168 pin to fit in a 1 ghz eMac. The Ram doesn't show up in the eMac, but does offer 256mb when slotted into a few other G3s. The supplier suggests that I upgrade the bios Is upgrading the bios a Mac thing or just for PCs? Thanks for any info, Kev -- T
