Hi Bart, when the iphone is plugged in and showing up in iTunes, by clicking on it, you get a number of tabs for setting the iphone sync preferences. Do your videos show up in under the video tab? There are a range of options there, but any compatible movies will show up and you can choose

Hi Stuart, Just to reiterate my problem: I was having to enter the password for a secondary e-mail account every time I started Mail. To you questions: did you (a) quit Mail and relaunch after first aid and (b) did you rebook the iMac after first aid? YES but it did not fix the problem
