Hi WA muggers

Hi Tom
You are not alone in experiencing the ANZ login problem!
I thought I would try logging into ANZ from my MacBook Air and I had exactly
the same result as you described.
I can still successfully login to ANZ on the iMac using 1Password, but when I
login to ANZ on the MacBook Air, the
Thanks Ronnie,
It took a bit of investigation to find out about GUID (new to me) but I have
found the apple support instructions and followed them so hopefully, when
the transfer is finished, I will have a bootable backup external disk.

Hi Lloyd,
1. Open Disk Utility, and click on your USB drive (the manufacturer's info
line, and not the line with the name of the partition), and click on the
Partition tab.
2. Click the Options button at the bottom of that window.

A few more points on the ANZ login problem.
The developers of 1Password, Agilebits, released another 1Password update

I installed this version on MacBook Air but still experienced the failed ANZ

I then removed this version and installed the same version that

I have just recently updated Safari to V 5.1 and Videobox to V 3.5. For some
reason I don't seem to be able to grab Flash clips and download them. Have
checked most of the settings and preferences but unable to find anything that
points to the problem. Any ideas?

Hi John,
I have Videobox v3.5 Safari v5.1. With Safari 5, you do have to Drag the URL
drop onto Videobox where it indicates “Drop Video URL here”, it takes a bit
of time to start downloading the video.
This is Videobox weblink and explanation re: Safari 5.1

Hi Ronni
Thanks very much for the info and links...during my previous searches, I had
found many others but not this one to the development guide, which is really

I also joined the Filemaker forum and had a couple of useful responses, saying

Thanks Ronni,
I have never had any problem with Safari 5 or 5.0.5. Videobox opens
automatically and downloads the clip. Solved the problem by going back to
5.0.5 as the default browser. Apple don't make life easy with some of their
attitudes. Will stay with 5.0.5 until Apple or
Hi Chris
It's very easy to transfer the files via the iTunes interface using the USB
sync cable. You simply connect the device, go to the Apps tab, scroll to the
bottom where File Sharing apps are listed and make the transfer(s).
The files listed are of course those on the device (iPad, iPhone)
