I have just recently updated Safari to V 5.1 and Videobox to V 3.5. For some reason I don't seem to be able to grab Flash clips and download them. Have checked most of the settings and preferences but unable to find anything that points to the problem. Any ideas? Mac Mini OS X 10.6.8

Thanks Ronni, I have never had any problem with Safari 5 or 5.0.5. Videobox opens automatically and downloads the clip. Solved the problem by going back to 5.0.5 as the default browser. Apple don't make life easy with some of their attitudes. Will stay with 5.0.5 until Apple or

Hi Chris It's very easy to transfer the files via the iTunes interface using the USB sync cable. You simply connect the device, go to the Apps tab, scroll to the bottom where File Sharing apps are listed and make the transfer(s). The files listed are of course those on the device (iPad, iPhone)
