I wouldn’t trust it. I don’t think it’s Apple. That would an admission
that their security is poor - which I don’t think it is.
As for any one else, how would they know whether you have any viruses
or trojans on your computer anyway?
I would just delete the email.

Hi Juliet, I’m getting heaps of emails regarding security and anti virus
programs and I send them all to junk. I’ve even had one pretending to be my
internet provider. You can rely on them all as being scams. Cheers, Susan.

Yes, agreed to all those below. Classic giveaway is where it starts
"Hello, we can't invoice you properly, you will be disconnected if you
don't resolve". A name is never provided by a scammer.
