I'm in the process of doing a big clean out of computing stuff I've

I've sorted things through.
However to start things off:

problem with Yahoo groups but were unable to fix it I am receiving

Because it takes you to the message archives page on Yahoo?
The new non-Yahoo archives aren't in place yet.

What about the installation software?
They generally work on 8.6 or higher without needing any installs,
the software that comes with them is IMO frivolous but can be
downloaded from Iomega (or I could supply it on a CD)
have they been hammered? Truth please!

Yes, it's great to be receiving WAMUG postings again.
WestNet have not been able to rectify the problem with Yahoo groups so
I'm not receiving GMUG or UBERMUG postings.
Congratulations to all concerned with the changeover.

You don't need to. When everything is working without incident, I will
delete the Yahoo groups site and it will be gone forever.

I am a bit confused by the change. When I click the archive address I go to
a WAMUG site which then automatically switches me to the old Yahoo page.
Curious about the reason for the change. I thought the old system was
great. My messages always, and I mean always, got through instantly.
I am receiving two of each WAMUG list message.
