Gosh Ronni.
I am surprised that you use Google.
I stear clear of both those big trackers and data gatherers.

I and my family have used DuckDuckGo instead of Google for quite a while now.

Re: GraphicConverter 10 'Share' button does not show Facebook after last OS update

2019-05-15 Thread Philippe Chaperon
Good morning Ronni,

Many thanks for the information. I was aware that Facebook has a limit on the
number of photos to be posted but never knew the numbers! I usually post
between 1 to 4 photos at a time without any rejection from FaceBook.

As my ‘Share’ problem is not important I will let things as they are. I can
still post photos but not via a graphic application. I was more concerned that
the latest update to the OS changed some settings somewhere. But all is working
well, hence no more concern!

Many thanks again for your quick reply Ronni.

Best regards,

Philippe C.

GraphicConverter 10 'Share' button does not show Facebook after last OS update

2019-05-15 Thread Philippe Chaperon
Dear WAMUG’ers,

Since my last update to High Sierra 10 to V10.13.6 the ‘Share’ button on
GraphicConverter V10.7 does not show Facebook in its list anymore although it
used to until the update a few days ago.

The ‘Share' list currently show: Mail, AirDrop, Messages, Simulator, Notes, FTP
Upload and last More …. The last choice, ‘More', when chosen, launches the
‘Extensions’ window from Systems Preferences. In that window, under 'Share
Menu’ is a list of applications of which 13 including Facebook are ticked.
Still Facebook does not appear in the Share list of GC10.

I must have missed a place where FB should be entered, but where? Can someone
please help me with some advice on how to reinstate FaceBook in that ‘Share’
list?

Many thanks.

Best regards,

Re: Trouble with Music Alias

2019-05-15 Thread Alan Smith
Hi Neil

Thank you for your clear arguments and instructions. I set up the alias to the
iTunes folder as you suggested and it all works. So simple - when you know
how. I have old purchased film and music from Apple’s Cloud ready for testing
downloads - a short movie trailer and a song from the free U2 album Apple sent
out a few years ago.

Thanks again
Alan
