I’m using Ventura 13.2, the latest software on a 2017 iMac. I have a 180Gb
iPhoto library connected to iCloud and am reaching the 200Gb limit. I don’t
want to purchase more data from iCloud and want to split off library into

The solution was to log out of iCloud. This included making sure iPhoto had
completed the syncing with iCloud. Once logged out, I turned the computer off
for a few minutes to settle iCloud down.
On restart, I was able to log back into iCloud as per normal and the

I think I did that, sorry I didn’t add that to the list; it’s been a trial. I
might not have turned the computer off whilst signed out of iCloud so will try
that another day. iCloud seems to be working despite me needing to agree to the
T & C.

I’ve had that before also. No matter how times you try and resolve it,.it does
the same thing.
My fix I found,…. Sign out of the Apple ID. Then restart the computer.
As everythings in iCloud you won’t (shouldn’t) lose anything. (But have a
backup just incase).

Apple System Settings is requesting I have read and agreed to new iCloud Terms
and Conditions.
I have scrolled to the bottom of the very very long terms and conditions,
