Hi Ronni, Daniel,
Just a little piece of feedback on the -36 error code.
I did borrow another Turbo 264HD stick and software. Today I tried exporting to
Apple TV with the replacement stick, everything is working now, no more error
message.
The old stick is now in the rubbish bin.
Thanks for your help,
Cheers,
Walter

Have you sent Elgato the information they asked you to send them, now that
Console.app is working correctly?
Turbo crash log and a source EyeTV file in EyeTV Reporter?
I would not imagine they will get back to you until they receive the info.
Cheers,
Ronni

Hi Ronni,
No, when I have the Turbo 264HD stick plugged into an USB port it crashes
and the -36 error shows up.
When the stick is not connected it will export, but the CPU is stresses out
to the eye balls + iMac gets quite hot.
I am still hoping for some more suggestions from Elgato.
Thanks again,
Cheers,
Walter

Thanks Walter,
Are you now able to export from EyeTV to Apple TV without any problem?

Hi Ronni,
Daniel sorted it out yesterday.
The Hide/show log list button was apparently locked. Daniel unlocked it
and from then on
Console has been working well (sidebar now shows), no drastic repairs
required.
Thanks again for your help Ronni,
Cheers,
Walter

Hi Walter,
My final piece of advice on this subject... Arrange an appointment with
Daniel (MacWizardry) to check your computer ASAP.
I would not be trying to live with the problem... You might leave it
too late.
The Error -36 I/O (input/output) error you received and the Console App
not working should not be ignored.
Cheers,
Ronni

Hi Ronni,
I have to decide whether I should live with the problem of exporting
from EyeTV to AppleTV quitting - if not I’ll call
a wizard from Huntingdale to look at it.
Thanks again for your time and advice.
Cheers,
Walter
