libinput 1.11.2 is now available. Looks like a large number of fixes but
that's deceptive. A third of those are to hook up the GitLab CI
infrastructure. Many thanks to Benjamin here for his efforts.
Most of the rest are device-specific features:
- a trackpoint range entry for the Lenovo X270

I tried a build with --disable-egl as I didn't have the headers
installed, and it broke here. The EGL usage here seemed optional so I
did that, but I didn't run-test the result. If it would make more sense
to disable the client if EGL support is disabled
