The way he said Carolina was VERY southern sounding, like he was making
fun of the accent.
I think he was just prouncing it the way he's heard it prounced by all the
Southerners in NC. But the exagerated manner was delivered beautifully
Kind of like getting a kick out of the way
i prefer 7, 8 adn 6 in that order.

so here's my neighborly advice. The very best color season is season seven.
Each of the three has some color gems, but seven catches Howard, Emmett, Floyd,
Goober, and the gang in full stride. Barney makes an

My vote for best color season is 7. It seems like they had gotten over the
loss of Barney and had settled down into some great episodes. 8 is good, but
they were also setting up for RFD, so it strikes me as kind of a transition
between the two shows.

Hmm..I'd say season 7 if I had to choose one. Warren is gone by then, and
we still have Floyd
If you want my opinion, I would have to say the best color episode is when Andy
goes to a meeting in Raleigh to meet with a female attorney named Lee Drake and
returns to Mayberry with a tan.
Andy first said he rode back with the top down.
Helen was steaming when she say the Lee was a beautiful
