ONE 8OZ. JAR HORSERADISH ( COARSE NOT CREAMY )
TWO CLOVES GARLIC
1 1/2 CUP SUGAR
2/3 CUP PLUS 2 TABLESPOONS WHITE VINEGAR
1/3 CUP PLUS 2 TABLESPOONS WATER
DRAIN AND RINSE PICKLES THEN RETURN TO JAR ( SAVE JUICE AND USE IT TO TOP OFF
THE JAR )
