Just wanted to apologize for all those weird-looking links that showed up in my

I'm sure many others will answer this one, too. Bob Denver, who played

It warms my heart to see all the discussion on front seats and Frick and

Years ago and I guess we have kind of gotten away from it, close friends in

Good answers on Dud Wash and Jeff Pruitt and extra points for including
Barney as "little Buddy". Here's another interesting tidbit. Clara was

I would say that the reason Gilligan and the Skipper are connected to Mayberry
is this: Bob Denver (Gilligan) played Dud Wash in the episode where Charlene
divorced him and Barney had to ride the white horse from east to west. Alan
Hale Jr. (Skipper) played Jeff Pruitt in the episode where he co

Mostly in the south, those who refer to a friend as cousin typically use the
phrase "Cuz", not "Cousin". Well, that's been my experience anyway in LA,
Lower Alabama (Northwest Florida). I
Wow, sure a lot of think about today after all the great posts.
First of all Janet, thanks for the clarification about Frick and Frack. I

There once was a deputy called Fife,
Who carried a gun and a knife.
The gun was all dusty,
And his knife was all rusty,
Because he never caught a crook in his life.
