During one episode (The Jinx?), Leon was standing watching the dancers when
a man swooped down and put Leon's hat over his eyes and picked him up. Must
have been something children were not supposed to see.

OK...this is preying on my mind. Leon ( ron howard's real life brother ), is
often seeing roaming around Mayberry eating his sandwich. Where are his
parents?
Perhaps Leon's parents operate one of the downtown businesses. (Maybe the
diner or snack shop, which would explain
