TAGS fans,
As someone who hasn't had cable in years (and never
satellite) I've still been reading with interest the
recent laments concerning TV Land moving TAGS, showing
so many newer shows, et.al. And it's funny that so
many of the shows people are wanting (TAGS, Green
Acres, Dick Van Dyke)
[EMAIL PROTECTED] wrote Also... anyone know where I can buy or
see the pilot episode, The Danny Thomas Show episode where they first
introduce Mayberry?
It has been officially released on DVD in a Season 5 pack of Make Room for
Daddy. It is included as a bonus, since this is the 1957-58 season
Hey,

Growing up Tea was sweet iced tea. Never had to
specify sweet or with ice. Now if you wanted Hot

That would be A Feud is a Feud. Family Feud is an ex-game show. I'll be

they'd become more familiar with the names of the episodes. That and learn
to love the main web site (http://www.mayberry.com/)
I am very sorry to all that may feel this excessin\ve but Andy Griffith is a

But also if Andy hadn't even been to New Orleans, how was describing it as
being like Paris going to help him any? Surely she didn't think he'd been to
Paris.
Actually, didn't Andy say one time that he had been to France during the war?
I can't remember if he specifically mentioned Paris,
First, those WBMUTBB T-Shirts turned out real nice. Great job.
Second, I get TAGS in prime time every night-and without commercials. I
simply pull out a DVD and watch it. Now, with the price of a DVD player
being about as low as a season set, one could buy a player and four
seasons of TAGS
Speaking of Basketball, I noticed the lack of basketball in Mayberry a
few year back and wrote a fictional episode of what I thought would have
been fun. Check it out.

Kim from Wylie TX you did a great job and provided the most complete
answers yet.
First of all, let me acknowledge Ken Anderson for correctly naming the

I've often wondered why the Taylors never said grace before their meal. They
seem to go to church quite often but when they sit down to supper, they just
start eating. Being from Mayberry it seems a little odd.

Why did Andy let that stay in the script? In Atlanta, all soft drinks were
called Coke, whether they were or not.
I should probably step in and point out that Coke is a trademark and that's
