No tribute in Mount Airy for Andy?

I still have yet to hear of one. Anybody heard of somethimg they are doing or will they wait until September? I've never gone to Mayberry Days but my wife and mother want to go. The thing scaring me away is the thought of it being so terribly crowded. Is it really bad as far as that goes?

Harriet, I have read somewhere, or heard somewhere, that the photo or picture on the wall of the Taylor home is a photo of Frances Bavier (Aunt Bee) taken many years before the show, probably in the 1920's.That is how I remember it, anyone can correct me if I am wrong.Orville Hendricks -
