Today I watched part of an old Jerry Lewis film called Ladies Man and one of the sound technicians was portrayed by Mayberry's mailman; I believe his name was Doodles Weaver? Let me wish everyone a wonderful Independence Day celebration next week; wouldn't it be great to be in Mayberry

I was watching an episode of the King Of Queens the other day when a lady that Arthur (Jerry Stiller's character) was with started to look very familiar. My wife said I was wrong, but I was bound to find out. Sure enough, when the credits rolled, it was Arlene Golonka (our own Millie Hutchins).

What a treat to spot Miss Ellie in a ballet film this evening titled The Unfinished Dance. She must've been about 6 and was adorable and a lovely dancer. The story line was quite disturbing, wherein the other child ruined a prima ballerina's career but it ended well and had many lovely scenes
