Going through the TextureMapperGL implementation, I see that BeginClip advances
the bit plane to the next
clipStack().setStencilIndex(stencilIndex * 2);
However, EndClip does not revert it back before calling
clipStack().applyIfNeeded(m_context3D.get());
The applyIfNeeded disables stencil
