[webkit-dev] Windows EWS not working?

I was looking at the patch in this bug:

https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=150967

The patch was posted 20 hours ago. EWS has processed this for all platforms 
other than Windows, but it says “win #61”, so it seems like the Windows bot has 
60 other patches to process before getting to this one.

Does this mean the Windows EWS is stuck? Who can get it unstuck?

Committed fix in  and Alexey 
Proskuryakov restarted the Windows EWS queues. According to 
 the Windows EWS machines 
are processing patches as of the time of writing.

Yes, Windows EWS bots fail to start with the below error. I think that this is 
a regression from , so Daniel Bates 
has volunteered to look into this.
