Yes, it is. I have been poking at it but have not had
from the build log, it looks like the javadoc is built with Java 1.7:
[javadoc] Standard Doclet version 1.7.0_51
with Java 1.7, the stylesheets are empty, but I don't know where they
went. I also had this issue once I built with Java 1.7.
