Used to have it, but of course, cannot locate it when looking for it.
I've searched online until my eyes have started crossing.

If the "dietary purpose" is treatment (including evaluations and assessments
for food-intake, medication contraindications, etc.) the dietician would NOT
be defined under HIPAA as a "business associate". However, if the "dietary

Has OCR addressed (in FAQs or elsewhere) whether the filing of a complaint pursuant to
a CE's internal procedure tolls the 180-day federal limitations period? The Rule
doesn't address this, though I suppose an internal complaint might provide "good
cause" for a waiver.

standards.
