Yes, you did use the Debian package installer. You should be able to just do sudo apt-get update sudo apt-get install weewx If you're concerned about breaking things, make a backup of your database file /var/lib/weewx/weewx.sdb. It's the only thing that's irreplaceable. But, you've been doing

OK. I think I see what's going on. It's a bug in the report engine. You are using the report timing option, right? The report engine copies the static files only the first time it runs. However, the report timing option is kicking in that first time, preventing the Seasons report from running.

It looks like Centos must be suppressing debug messages. Go into /etc/rsyslog.conf. You'll find something that looks like this: *.info; /var/log/messages Change it to *.debug; /var/log/messages You may have to reboot to have it take affect. Or, at least, restart rsyslog: *sudo systemctl
