Hmm,
the WS-2816 has around 1800 records which is by an interval of 5min less
then a week
datastorage. For some reasons I'd like to make the update once a month.
But all my
computer equipment is since 20 years under linux and it would be great to
use the
weatherstation in that system. Also
That driver hasn't been updated substantially in over 5 years so I wouldn't
expect an update to support this. Why do you want to update less
frequently ?

I like to have logging every one hour. There MUST be a valied parameter
because
when using weewx the stored interval which was set before by using
"HeavyWeather"
