did you 'sudo lsusb -v' or just 'lsusb -v'? be sure that you do it as root, otherwise you might not get all of the information (but you *should* see the device) if you cannot see the productid and vendorid using lsusb, then there is no point messing with weewx or pyusb or libusb. gotta fix

I presume that your working passwordless ssh is from your WeatherPi machine. Which user on WeatherPi has passwordless ssh? If it is, for example, user pi and WeeWX is being run as root then I expect WeeWX rsync will fail with the error shown. You need to make sure that the account that runs

I don't know your exact setup, but the HTML_DIR for both the Belchertown and the Highcharts_Belchertown skins need to be the same. Then check your HTML_DIR/json for json files. Those should be copied. If the files are there but not copied then there's a problem with your FTP skin. You can set
