Hi,
The os.rename command is attempting to rename the temporary file containing
the gauge-data.txt output to the final destination path/file. Judging by
the error I an guessing the temporary file has disappeared between its
creation and the call to os.rename. Impossible to say much more

Thomas,
Thank you very much. I tested that and it worked. Now I get these
fields on the generated website:
Heat Index N/A
Dewpoint N/A
Humidity N/A
Is there a way to feed humidity data from another external source so that I
can get Heat Index and Dewpoint values calculated ? I can easily

What type of webcam are you using? You never mention what brand of webcam.
If we know the type, maybe someone can help you on configuring it.

You never mentioned the webcam brand. If we know what the brand it is,
someone might be able to lead you in the proper direction.

No, but thanks. It's not something that has to be changed very often. In

The humidity sensor has failed in my weather station giving 99% reading all the
time. Is there an easy way to disable that sensor in weewx? Or better, is there
a way to pull this data from other nearby stations?
Thanks.

If all else fails, you can edit the template to put out the number with no
formatting (.raw) and put in your own text for the unit. There should be a
simple way to do this that doesn't require hacking the python code or doing
the formatting manually, but I don't know where it is in your setup. I

The old version that I have, in the Standard skin, there's a line that has
cm_per_hour = " cm/hr" in the Labels section. You might try putting
mm_per_hour = " mm/h" in there. I don't know where your skin defines the
unit text.
A more drastic change but one that I'm confident would work would be

Doesn't look like Cheetah actually installed. Did you check that last path
for existence and permissions?
I've never see a /private/tmp path before, so if the path is invalid, it
won't work. You can always create it
with the same permissions as /tmp, but I'd wonder why that is necessary in
Check your skin.conf file in the [[Labels]] section. See the docs here:
http://weewx.com/docs/customizing.htm#how_to_change_labels
The docs don't specifically mention rain rate, but you should be able to
find it in the skin.conf.

unfortunately since switching to a new raspberry the rainrate is displayed
with xx mm/hr but i want mm/h.
What do I have to change so that the rain rate is displayed in mm/h?

I know you say that you did the install of Cheetah, but for whatever
reason, it looks like Cheetah did not install, at least not anywhere python
can find it.

unpack the weewx tarball. The reason is that pip sees the
