I previously had a 5-1 Acurite unit that died of exposure, and Atlas was a
replacement. Still think that was a good and honest product improvement,
but RELY concerned about their software and data sharing marketing
Correct. One for the big "icks" for Acurite is the try their darnest to
hide all of the data. All you can get is basic data going to WU. Next
month I am going to dig into SDR and try to decode the Atlas station and
see if I can get better data into WeeWx.
