Follow-up Comment #2, bug #24270 (project wesnoth): I've begun to notice incorrect behavior on Windows 10 after updating my SDL libs to 2.0.4. Shadowm reported correct window handling with both 2.0.2 2.0.4 on Linux, so I'm not sure what the problem is.
