The latest update is that, Mr. Okuonzi David our OB and Former CEC
Treasurer safely arrived in Arua at 12:00p.m with the coffin and the body
of the late has now been place in the coffin ready heading to Ombaci Parish
Church for a Requim Mass.
There, after the Casket will leave the Parish
May God bless the soul of Mr Abiriga did his service with distinction and
which service made Ombaci one of the greatest high schools in Uganda and a
great pride to West Nile! My sincere condolences to the family!
