Actually it looks like the CLDR data doesn't include ike. It was coming from
our LocalNamesEn.php file all along. Fixed in r92548.

Strange. I also have $wgServer set to a protocol-relative URL, which will make
your wiki explode on 1.17 or lower. Maybe it's that, or maybe something

We actually mean langlinks, not iwlinks. iwlinks is inline links to other
