When I click on the filter list link at the top of the page, I get to see the box to make my choices. The arrow goes from pointing to the right to point downwards. I then click on the link again to hide the box (and the arrow points to the right). If I scroll down and click on the link again, the arrow points down but I do not see the filter box at that position on the page. It only shows up if I scroll all the way back to the top. I don't think I noticed this in Chrome yesterday, but I'll check later today. This means on large pages on a slow internet connection the javascript for toggling sections will load at the end. On very slow connections this can have the result of sections being collapsed whilst the user is reading an article. A solution might be to store the language direction as per site and have direction applied locally to every site/page link. However, sites may contain page titles of ltr and rtl direction. In the Wikibase repo extension we have a list of all site links. This list contains links to several sites. In a Wikipedia context this is the list of language links to articles in different Wikipedia instances, so it is a list full of mixed language directions which currently is displayed either in a ltr or rtl user interface depending on the user language. I am not sure about automatically resolving redirects. I guess we can leave this out for now and maybe consider later.
