@Nemo_bis: I have 58 dictionaries[1] based on the list of active wikipedias[2].
I actually parsed out 1320 dictionaries based on their language headers in
en.Wiktionary. Some of these

Just using the Android Commons app.
I did not use any website (though one might be embedded in a WebView of the
app, I don't know).

As long as sortable doesn't mean needs javascript I'm fine with that, except
that I would prefer css be used to make the layout more table-like rather than
usin actual html tables.
