(e.g. in http://snag.gy/lzl5w.jpg , how to move Quantitaet above coordinates) I finally figure out that I have to click the up arrow on the first quantitaet value and that moved the entire group above coordinates. To move the entire group down on the item page, I have to click the down arrow on the last quantitaet in the group. Maybe there can be arrows next to the property label. Then, click edit again and *then* it is possible to add qualifiers. It should be possible in one step without clicking save. Because the option to add qualifiers is not present, I instinctively click the add button that I see. Then I fill out qualifiers, and then realize oops! I am adding qualifiers in the references section of the statement! Even after all my experience with Wikidata, I continue to make this mistake when editing. However, it takes quite a while for add to appear to allow me to add a second qualifier. It took so long that I thought it was not possible, was about to click save and then add appeared! It's like it's waiting for an ajax request to complete before adding the add link. I havent experienced this in any scenario where zero or one of the two categories has an item already. It seems clear that Wikibase represents the code, yet there exist several mixed references (e.g. Wikidata/Data model). It may be important to distinguish the features between the different use cases for Wikibase (i.e. for Wikidata or not, with MW Core or not) so that the community understands that many of the key components of Wikibase (e.g. DataValues) have no core dependencies. Installation documentation should be segmented into three separate areas. Also, Wikidata deployment should be characterized differently from Wikibase Product Roadmap if they are to be considered separately. Additionally, all code components that are core independent should be designated as such in the documentation. It seems sane to have all project related documentation in the Wikidata namespace and all code related documentation in the Wikibase namespace. Note, however, that there is a lot of technical docs related to CI deployment of Wikibase for Wikidata. I would say this affects Special:Diff too.
Fixing this would basically require doing two things for each of the affected
special pages:
* Adding `public function isListed() { return true; }` (see
e.g. SpecialCreateAccount for an example).
* Making them generate a form with brief instructions instead of an exception
when no parameters are provided (see e.g. SpecialComparePages for an
example, I think).

I think Email options should be moved to a separate Notifications tab in MediaWiki core.
