Mediawiki does not display (locked) anymore though, which hinders appropriate reaction and tracking of offencing account name vandals. At least the line apears as intended. 3rd try: Setting [[MediaWiki:Cite error refs without references]] to these three lines: !-- -- references / Result: Fähler in cite met Referenze: - 1↑ uncalled reference Now, we still get an unwanted, somewhat generic, error message, and the entire output is red. Possibly, this might be intentional. The other two rather do not appear to be correct. Btw. This feature would just be useful for pages that are frequently updated; on Wikimedia pages nowadays, this feature is usually manually installed, and having it in the interface would eliminate this.
