Besides the issue at hand, that's almost completely wrong, as far as I can see.
I suggest to follow docs, because they help you save a lot of time to yourself
and to translators.

I think so, but I am not sure. We can't investigate the wrong thumbnail problem
until I am able to upload multiple files.

I think this bug can also be reproduced in Safari/Win7, I will setup that and
try investigating further.

It happens in bursts in the sense that is appears every now and then when the
servers seem overloaded for some time, and then you can have several time-outs,
even for the same search, which is exceptional; most of the time a second
attempt returns the answer. This morning, I've got it 6 or 7 times.

This morning: I got 2 or 3 times an error with
[http://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special%3ASearch&profile=advanced&search=Indian+Muslims+-incategory%3A%22Indian_Muslims%22&fulltext=Search&ns0=1&ns14=1&redirs=1&profile=advanced
this search]. It displays in red, just underneath the namespace tick boxes: "An
error has occurred while searching: HTTP request timed out." In the source of
the page, I could find nothing that might give more information, only: 
An error has occurred while searching: HTTP request timed
out.

This message should be reformulated and invite the user to try again.

[[test2wiki:User:Special:foo]]. Something in one of the extensions, then,

Once SUL finalization is finished, implementing this should be a lot easier,
since you can assume that a username on one project equals the same username on
another project. Maybe this can be implemented in the GlobalBlocking extension
with a configuration variable to enable blocking of accounts? That would allow
wikifarms using $wgSharedDB instead of CentralAuth to also use it.

Checked in an initial implemention of batch updating the user notifications
using the same components we use in db migrations.  Echo already contains an
appropriate index for the query( the user_event index on echo_notification )
but there may be other concerns i'm not aware of.

I can confirm this behaviour in 1.20.6 (ddc3327). The html title doesn't
change. The bug only occurs on the site configured in Mediawiki:MainPage. It's
definetly not a browser cache issue. Also, purging doesn't help.

Thanks. I confirmed that TiMidity++ 2.14.0 — the first release in 9 years! —
generates .ogg files without the audio glitch on my PC.  Alas Debian, and hence
I guess Ubuntu, is lagging on packaging the new version.

(FWIW

$ install libogg-dev and libvorbis-dev packages
download TiMidity++ 2.14.0
$ ./configure --prefix=/tmp/timtest --enable-audio=vorbis & 
$ make
$ make install
copy Ubuntu's /etc/timidity/timidity.cfg to

It is an open source project, anyone is invited to improve documentation and/or
its available features.

While it may be that some entities (companies or users) are happy to take those
risks, putting volunteer developers under scrutiny to foster a technological
environment that limits SMW/SRF's evolvement, especially after the fact that

difficult.

We are round-tripping noinclude / includeonly / onlyinclude tags quite well.
Please explain the issues you see here.

Language variants will need some thought and serious refactoring in the
LanguageConverter to wean it off mutable page-global state. The best solution
is probably to treat language conversion similar to an extension or a DOM-based
template. I don't think that there is a need to support unbalanced variant
output, so figuring out the DOM range for encapsulation should not actually be
needed.

I addressed this case as you stated by passing the revision id in the delete
link. However, I show the message when the deletion confirmation form is first
loaded, instead of waiting for the form to be submitted. This still does not
handle a file being edited while it was being deleted.

qacct is probably the weapon of choice to determine resource consumption by a

I can deploy the extension myself, so this bug is more for comment than
actually requesting any action.

I would like to enable the Disambiguator extension on test and test2 so that it
can be more widely tested before being rolled out to other wikis. Eventually I
would like to turn it on for all WMF projects and remove all of the
disambiguation code from core (per bug 35981).

It was not reverted. The change you linked makes user subpages return 404, not
user pages. Non-existing user pages will still return 200.

In Chrome 26, type=number is supported and displayed and submitted without any
separators.

In Safari 4.0 (Mac OS X Snow Leopard, BrowserStack), input=number is not
supported and is treated like a regular text input.

In Safari 5.0 (Mac OS X Snow Leopard, BrowserStack), input=number is supported
and is displayed and submitted without any separators.

In Safari 5.1 (Mac OS X Snow Leopard, BrowserStack), input=number is supported
and is displayed with separators and submitted without any separators.

I think it would be appropriate to check if the target extension has a known
mime type, and only allow the mimes with no known ext if the target ext has no
associated mime.

This change has been reverted through bug 46491 and I900f1542b077b569ed.

I tend to agree that the User page should not be HTTP 200 OK if the wiki page
does not exist. Should probably use some other url to identify the user
(instead of re-using the user wikipage) or (if possible) expose some kind of
meta data on the 404 page that makes OpenID look at the right URL.

Confirmed also on Firefox Aurora (FF23), Mac OS X 10.8.

If I load the ogg file directly in Firefox, it seems to play all the way
through to Z (but there's no subtitles so if your morse code is rusty it's
annoying to verify ;)

Current versions of Safari (6.0.4) and Chrome (26.0.1410.65) do not exhibit
this bug.

On the buggy version, does the comma end up in the submitted value or is it a
display issue only? If a display issue only I wouldn't bother; it'll only
affect people running a previous version of Mac OS X or failing to install
updates.

When I go to Special:Preferences, tab "Додатки" ("Gadgets"), I can check and
uncheck enabling of gadgets but when I click "Save", it restores to the
previous state.

I think it should be some configuration issue, as generally I've never
encountered similar issues on other Wikimedia projects.

Should be fixed in latest iOS beta; on name clash we automatically append a
sequence number to avoid conflicts. Renaming in the queue *should* work as
well.
